Re-heating the chicken

  • Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place fried chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook on center rack of oven for 20-25 minutes until crunchy on the outside and warm on the inside.

  • Air Fry: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook in 5 minute intervals flipping the fried chicken pieces each time until crunchy on the outside and warm on the inside. 

  • Heat up the sauce in a pan and mix in the Fried Chicken

Kewpie Mayo

The Slaw

  • Mix in a bowl

    • 1 large head of cabbage sliced

    • 4 tablespoons of sugar

    • 8 oz of mayo

Bringing it together

  • Heat up butter and toast your favorite hamburger bun

  • On the bottom, add kewpie mayo, 3 sliced of pickles, our Korean Fried Chicken (sauced) and add slaw on the top

  • ENJOY!
