Korean Fried Chicken Sando
Re-heating the chicken
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place fried chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook on center rack of oven for 20-25 minutes until crunchy on the outside and warm on the inside.
Air Fry: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook in 5 minute intervals flipping the fried chicken pieces each time until crunchy on the outside and warm on the inside.
Heat up the sauce in a pan and mix in the Fried Chicken
Kewpie Mayo
The Slaw
Mix in a bowl
1 large head of cabbage sliced
4 tablespoons of sugar
8 oz of mayo
Bringing it together
Heat up butter and toast your favorite hamburger bun
On the bottom, add kewpie mayo, 3 sliced of pickles, our Korean Fried Chicken (sauced) and add slaw on the top
