Kalbi Sausage Sandwich

Cook the sausage 

• On the Gril or on the Stovetop: Defrost sausages so they are not frozen and on medium heat cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the casing is no longer visible and starting to snap

• Air Fry: Defrost sausages so they are not frozen and air fry at 400 degrees for 6 minutes on each side (total of 12 minutes).

The Condiments

• Kimchi relish:

  • In a food processor, blend chopped up kimchi until it turns into a relish.

  • Sautee the kimchi to your liking - add sesame oil to enhance the kimchi flavors

• Kewpie mayo

Bringing it together

• Heat up some butter and toast your hot dog bun to your liking

• Place sausage in the bun, add the kimchi relish and top it with kewpie mayo!
