Cooking the rice
Place rice in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1-1.5 minutes
Place the cooked rice in the center of a large mixing/serving bowl
Cook the bulgogi on a pan (over high heat) until it begins to caramelize and the meat begins to get a brown color
The Veggies
Arrange all the side dishes on the outer ring of the bowl
Place the bulgogi as the last ingredient
Bringing it together
Crack the poached egg (YES IT’s fully cooked) over the center of the bowl
Drizzle the SPICY gochujang sauce to your liking
Finish w/ sesame oil
Mix well and enjoy
