Cooking the rice 

  • Place rice in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1-1.5 minutes

  • Place the cooked rice in the center of a large mixing/serving bowl

  • Cook the bulgogi on a pan (over high heat) until it begins to caramelize and the meat begins to get a brown color

The Veggies

  • Arrange all the side dishes on the outer ring of the bowl

  • Place the bulgogi as the last ingredient

Bringing it together

  • Crack the poached egg (YES IT’s fully cooked) over the center of the bowl

  • Drizzle the SPICY gochujang sauce to your liking 

  • Finish w/ sesame oil

  • Mix well and enjoy
