INTRODUCING OUR DOSHIRAK

We grew up on Doshirak.

Directly translating to "lunch box" in Korean, it typically comprises of a rice along with several banchan, or side dishes, and in our case a star protein. We especially loved eating our rice growing up with a pan fried egg and a touch of sesame oil. An add on we're aptly calling "Mom Style." Think animal style, but with a dose of nostalgia and comfort. Each set includes: a choice of protein, seasoned rice, mac salad, kimchi, jalapeño soy sauce, veggie dumplings (3pcs), K-Town salad, frozen grapes.

Beginning this Thursday, August 19th at The Window, our doshiraks will be available for delivery on UberEats and DoorDash. Preorders are available through Tock and highly encouraged. We will be able to accommodate walk-ins but preorders are preferred so we can be best prepared for you.

Classic sets: Sweet & Spicy Chicken Sausage, Kalbi Pork Sausage, and Veggie Apple Sage Sausage. Signature sets: Korean Fried Chicken or Smoked Pork Belly. Optional Sides: include our Bulgogi Cheeseburger Egg Roll and Rice Balls. Add on "Mom Style" to any sets.
